today had to go to marina for walkaton: walking out of lonliness. looks like i got the wrong info. initially i thought we were supposed to walk for 5km but we only needed to walk 2.5km.. haha!

had to reach school by 6.45am today. luckily my dad fetched me there or else i have to wake up chao early. i let sarah hitch a ride from me. see, i am nice! haha! kidding. at her bus-stop, sarah said she saw yee ting and we wanted to let her hitch a ride from us but unfortunately she had boarded the bus and her handphone was off.

went to school, assembled in front of the auditorium. we were given some red sashes (don't really know how to spell.. hee..) and we were supposed to wear them. so we put them on. haha! it looked weird though. lol!

arrived at marina. we were made to do some minor dancing. ok.. it is not really called dancing la. haha! what do you expect?! there was this indian old lady who was 1 of those who were doing demo. she looked so cute doing the actions! haha! there were other schools there too; chestnut drive secondary, jurong secondary and presbyterian high (i think). the walk began soon after. we had to walk in 1 big crowd with everybody. we saw some hong3 tou1 jin1. we learnt about them in 1 of the ke4 wen2 in the chinese textbook. haha!

after the walk there were some performances. the first item was by the nanyang modern dancers. nice! haha! next was by chestnut drive secondary. they performed stomp. it was nice la. following that was a performance by a 73-year-old man. he played the harmonica. chao good la. i can't even play 1 song! i think he have a lot of stamina for a 73-year-old. haha! after that was some performances by amber, 1 of the contestants of the fei chang superband. i am not a fan of them though. lol!

after the walk, liting, angelina, sarah, nicole huaimin and i decided to go to suntec city. we split up because the taxi could not hold all of us. so, sarah, huaimin and nicole caught the first taxi while liting, angelina and me took a bus to the mrt station then took a mrt there. fine.. it was my idea. save money ma.. haha!

we ate at kfc and sarah went siao there. really really siao.. she started listening to nicole's mp3 then laughed and laughed. one of her high moments. lol!

went home with sarah. we took a bus home. haha! we waited at the bus-stop for like so long for bus 70 to arrive but it didn't. so, we decided to take bus 56 to bishan then change to 156. however, we alighted somewhere else and took 147 because according to sarah it is more direct. the 147 was the new bus with the "rounded top". haha! it was quite full. but i must say it is quiet and new? haha!

reached home. watch tv then sleep sleep from 3pm - 5pm. haha! i am such a pig! lol!
